For players, parents & supporters

A little preparation.
A world of memories.

Your Super National travel guide. Get ready for the soccer, the places and the moments you will share together.

Start with your confirmed trip.

This guide helps you prepare. Your registration agreement and latest trip itinerary contain the specific inclusions, payment terms, dates and arrangements for your group.

01 / Plan ahead

Before you go

Good preparation gives your family more time to enjoy the experience. Work through these steps as you plan.

01

Check everyone’s travel documents

Review passport validity and the entry and transit requirements that apply to each traveler’s citizenship and itinerary. For children, check any additional documents or parental consent requirements for your circumstances.

Requirements can change. Check official destination and transit-country guidance when planning and again before departure.

02

Complete your family’s registration

Review the trip inclusions and accepted payment terms. Submit the requested traveler information, waivers and emergency contacts, and let us know promptly about any changes.

03

Talk through individual needs

Tell our team about dietary, accessibility or other practical needs early so we can discuss the available arrangements before travel. Share sensitive information directly with our team through the requested process.

04

Review travel protection

Consider travel insurance for your family. Read the policy’s coverage, exclusions and purchase deadlines, and ask the insurer about cancellation, interruption, medical care and planned sports activities. Insurance does not change your Super National registration terms.

02 / Pack for both parts of the journey

Ready for the field.

03 / Make the connection

Flights & arrival

Before you book

Confirm your group’s arrival and departure airports, dates and transfer arrangements with Super National. Coordinate any early arrival, late departure or separate travel plans with our team before making reservations.

Once your flights are confirmed

Provide the flight details requested by our team, including the arrival time and flight number. Keep us informed if the airline changes your itinerary.

On travel day

Allow time for airport procedures and connections. Follow the meeting instructions provided for your group. If a delay affects your arrival, contact the designated trip coordinator using the details in your final travel information.

04 / Settle in & explore

Your time abroad

Hotels, meals & transportation

Your confirmed package explains the accommodations, meals and ground transportation arranged for your trip. Follow the daily meeting times and tell our team about any concern early, while we can help address it.

Soccer & sightseeing

Each experience combines a soccer program with time to discover the destination. Bring the right equipment, arrive ready for scheduled activities and follow your coaches’ instructions. Use the latest itinerary to see which visits are included and which activities are optional.

Money & mobile service

Budget for personal purchases and expenses outside your package. Check your bank’s foreign transaction and ATM fees, and review your phone plan’s international data and calling options before departure. Keep a way to contact the group while away from hotel Wi-Fi.

When you need help

Keep the trip coordinator’s contact details and your family’s emergency information accessible. Raise travel or accommodation concerns with our team promptly. For an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services first.

05 / A shared experience

Players & families

Every player travels with at least one parent or guardian. Plan together, support your player and help the group make the most of the week.

  • Be ready together. Check updates and arrive on time for departures, training, games and group activities.
  • Represent the game well. Show respect for teammates, opponents, officials, coaches, hotel staff and local hosts.
  • Keep communication clear. Let the coordinator know about changes that could affect the group’s plans.
  • Make room for the experience. Expect different food, customs and daily routines. Approach new places with patience and curiosity.
  • Balance activity and rest. Plan personal time around the confirmed team schedule so players can arrive prepared.

Common questions

Can a player travel without a parent?

Each player travels with at least one parent or guardian. Families should plan their registration and travel arrangements together.

Registered families receive the trip-specific hotel, meeting and itinerary information through Super National communications. Use the latest itinerary for your group when making plans.

How many games and training sessions will there be?

The soccer program depends on the trip and group. Refer to your confirmed package for the planned games, training sessions and any tournament participation. Opponents, weather and local arrangements can affect timing.

Can we choose any room arrangement?

Rooming is coordinated for the group. Tell us who is traveling together and discuss any room needs before registration. Confirmed room arrangements depend on your package and hotel availability.

What if our plans change or we need to cancel?

Contact Super National promptly. Your accepted registration agreement sets out the applicable payment and cancellation terms. Travel insurance coverage is determined by the insurer and the policy you purchase.

Can we add an activity or professional match?

Ask us before making separate bookings. Optional activities depend on availability and the group schedule. Only activities expressly listed in your confirmed package are included.
